Trump doesn't have the capacity to formulate, articulate, or enact policies. Whatever you think you are attributing as his 'policies' are just random events that occurred while he was president and trying to get through each day focused on himself. He is not a republican, and he ruined that political party beyond recovery.

You shouldn't talk about that kind of stuff with acquaintances at dinner gatherings, that sounds insufferable.
