good grief man. His offenses were terrible. Get it? Do you get that?

He did nothing scheme wise or personnel wise to improve them. Zero.

It’s like when Snyder put Clarence Gilbert at point guard. It turned the whole season around. Martin never did anything like that. His substitution patterns were erratic and non sensical
