Garcia and Horn should both be getting snaps with the first team this week.

Then have your depth chart be Horn, Garcia, with Cook as the emergency guy.

If Horn is overwhelmed, you have a guy who has appeared in 8 games as a P5 QB, many against other P5 teams.
