surprise me if he is again not held accountable. There are too many corrupted forces at play. It would not surprise me at all if he avoids significant jail time for his indictments.

However, its not ambiguous at all that he isn't eligible for holding future office and any trials or results in a legal process are not relevant for that determination. He is already disqualified, just as with most things Trump related he doesn't understand or realize it.
