is for the top X number of schools to agree to a unified system where revenue is shared equally like the NFL and conferences are like divisions as you note.

Go back to something like the:
Original Big 10
Big 8
ACC = 9
SEC = 10
PAC 10
SWC
Big East
Find a spot for Penn St, ND, and Utah to fit in....Ideally by booting Northwestern, Vandy, Rice, maybe a few others.
