How about going back to the way it was. Sitting out 1 year after transferring. That is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. That would put an end to the poaching and allowing the non elite teams to reap the rewards for finding the undiscovered talent and developing it. It would give them a fighting chance to compete against the better financed teams.
