They should build a small 5-6k facility for indoor track, wrestling, gymnastics and volleyball. It should have an underground parking garage. Build it in the back corner of Lot M. Southwest corner of lot which would be due east of the Arena or in the southeast corner of the lot. If you build it across from the Arena you could connect with a tunnel to the arena and then down to gymnastic/golden girl facility and new indoor practice facility. You then raise Hearnes in build the stadium there. Or someone mentioned Stankowski Field which would be cool too.
