decisions and other is revealing the process that gets to those conclusions and decisions.
You have been advocating this morning for total openness of conversations and discussions by the supreme court. No one is suggesting that the decisions not be revealed, but the conversations, the debates and the discussions leading to those decisions should be private.
It's not a baseball game. You don't need to know that in the third inning, Clarence Thomas had a discussion with one of Obama's lesbian gorillas and said, so-and-so.
You may not have noticed, but supreme court decisions tend to be made public. They are made public AFTER they are made. You want inchoate, partial, information and premature opinions released.
Why?
You then made an absurd post about C-SPAN.
Government decisions, and the vast majority of cases should be released. government is now overwhelmingly secretive and that is not good. We agree.
But there is no need to intrude on the process, the private conversations, discussions or hallway debates between senators.
You need to find one train of thought and stay with it. You keep jumping the tracks like a Pete butt itch train.
