Most of my friends are from there, my grandma is from there.

I know the score.

But, this might be a good opportunity to check some of your assumptions based on what you've said in your response.

Plenty of reasonable people think Ukraine is winning and that this is all very much out of control from a western standpoint.

And yes, Russians (and Ukrainians) suck at logistics and things that involve strategic planning in general.
