They're not.
The point is all but proven now.
The time is to evolve to the next level when you're not holding them up to the past standard you thought you had, but to point out what they're doing factually and non-sarcastically.
It's obvious it's happening, and most of the important **** in the world appears to be driven by text based things like Twitter and media reports.
Sarcasm and context from the past don't work well in a text-based media information conflict.
Instead of pointing it out, report the losses.
Though, in this case, it seems like Ukraine is pretty much taking care of business until the next servo of human cannon fodder the Russians send in the spring.
