When an Appellate Court judge says, "Counselor, if I were the trial judge, you would have won", he is saying the trial Court screwed up, but there is no mechanism in the law to fix his error, as we can only review the law in the case. His errant mischaracterization of the facts stands.

Your Supreme Court claim is laughable. You 'just know' nothing.
