We need a Pinkel.

Evaluate and develop.
Get around 10 in-state guys you want.
Recruit TX where the Mizzou brand isn’t as bad as other SEC states due to familiarity. Fill in from anywhere else as it makes sense.
Recruit and evaluate the QB. It’s the straw that stirs the drink. Along with def. & Off. linemen.


Pinkel showed people how you can win at Mizzou. Only question I have is the degree to which NIL and Portal may have hampered Pinkel. He didn’t really have to deal with it.
