in which Dems claim the solution to fewer minorities having IDs = abolishing the ID requirement, thereby enabling voter fraud.
A better solution is to address the underlying cause. Find out why black people (allegedly, according to Dems) are unable/incapable of getting ID cards, and fix it.
In this case, the underlying problem is so-called NIL.
Fix that first, and if the problem still remains... then replace the coach.
