Snyder. He used Nebraska's model of prop 48 guys until the Big 12 started. They built him a new stadium and gave him facilities. MU didn't start caring until Pinkel was hired and took awhile on the facilities upgrades. They are about 10 years behind snake and now in a conference that makes it harder to improve.
