because I would have done the exact same thing if I was Odom. If someone fires me for something I left was unjustified (yes, I know you disagree and I'm not trying to turn this into that conversation, but I'm sure Odom thinks he deserved another year), you bet your nuts that I'd do anything to make that employer's life more difficult.
