and the old softball field is dead weight. And U Hall is ab ancient edifice. The MU Admin offices could be moved to absolutely anywhere on or near campus.

Put a new baseball park up closer to Providence Road where the current practice field sits, so it's actually visible from the road. REbuild/move track /soccer so it sits over where the old softball stadium is. Put parking for baseball/track/soccer in the surrounding areas where the current baseball/track stadiums are.

And build a parking garage nestled into The Summit hill, with exits directly level with the new stadiums at the top of the hill and access also down at reactor field.
