I would advocate for tearing the stadium down and flipping the whole field so the stadium (with a clamshell) backs up to Devine looking south. The worst of the wind chill is from northerly winds so if you put that wind at the stadium's back with a protective shell it would help quite a bit. Plus it would make the field play more offensively on those cold days.
