Explain to me how "that's not how it works"? Any act by the NCAA that limits an athlete's ability to make money has major anti-trust issues, and the NCAA will lose in court again. Not to mention the Missouri statute gives the athletes the right to sue for damages if the NCAA or anyone else limits their right to make money off their NIL. The NCAA is done here. I realize the squeaky wheels on Tigerboard don't like NIL, but the ship has sailed. Kurtis is doing the right thing here- we're either in or we aren't and he's trying to keep us in.
