with this leak, versus someone recognizing the newsworthiness of this forthcoming opinion and that person's urge to share it with media. And, I won't be surprised to learn that the leaker is a clerk with an activist bent, but I still doubt that such a clerk would have thought out some grand strategy for its disclosure.
