The NFL will form a minor league and the teams will have nothing to do with universities. Most of the best HS players will be drafted by the pros, but some will still consider going to college.
College sports (including FB and BB) will still exist, but it won't look anything like it does now. The money will be like 10% of what it is now, if that. Scholarships will be gone for the most part, they certainly will not be full-ride scholarships.
What people keep missing is there is no reason for a school to be involved in any way with a NFL minor league team. It doesn't make sense. The transition is going to be hard for the schools with the giant AD budgets, and they will fight it 'til their last breath. But it's going to happen eventually whether they want it or not.
