the practice field? Some states are very aggressive and will take the position that it's from games played in their state (by visiting players). As I said - states won't fight it for a $5k NIL kid - but bring a $2m NIL deal into their state for a road game and they're going to want 1/11th (or how ever many games the team plays - w/bowls)
