He took over one of the worst programs in the country and won the league 2/3 years. You can keep repeating the same drivel about not beating top 150 teams, but success is relative. He has a clear record of good coaching/program building at a mid-major.

He also has been an assistant at the P6 level for many years and played a huge role in bringing in tons of top 100 at FSU.

The upside is there. Not sure why you won’t let yourself give this hire a chance.
