that took place pre-COVID that determined that cloth masks (not N-95) were ineffective against airborne viruses. However, since the gummint didn't want people to use N-95's that were in short supply, they made up the fairy tale that any old cloth mask would work for the masses.....

No-one asked the obvious question: "If cloth masks are effective for everyone, why aren't the 1st responders being told to use them also?"

Please explain why this message is being reported.
