is the equivalent of poking with a fork?

When I gave you the example of closing your business for 4 days every week, you said you would sue and likely win....so you felt that was clearly wrong.

Yet you see no problem with government arbitrarily picking a bar closing time (you realize that across this country they can vary from midnight (was like 9 or 10 PM during COVID) to 3 or 4 AM (although I think there are no limits in Vegas).

Please explain why this message is being reported.
