Some set legally, some set by the business. But all have them and can work around them.

Businesses don't have a mechanism for coping with being forced to completely shut down operations through no fault of their own. Nothing the can anticipate, plan for, work to avoid, schedule for, etc.

I am dumfounded you cannot understand the difference to be perfectly honest.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
