One is about government overbearance (applies to both, even if they are to different degrees)
The second, which you brought up is government (which can only get money through taxation/theft/printing) if the claim that government should be forced to pay for losses occurred as a result of government action. (also applies to both, even if they are to different degrees).
This is where you totally lose your logic and move to emotion, and you get mad when you get called out on it...no different than how you attack liberals.
Maybe actually think about your logic in the different ways it was presented to you versus either defending the status quo, or your own illogical shortcomings.
