that supports the claim Rittenhouse did not act in self defense.

The thing is, the prosecution has to prove he is guilty of breaking the law, and they are far, far from having done that.

This is a complete farce of a trial. You can debate whether he should have been there, but there seems to be clear evidence he did not plan to kill anyone, want to kill anyone, and that he only shot his weapon that night in defense of himself.

Hard to imagine the prosecution overcoming the stupidity they have exhibited in pressing forward with these charges.
