But I an concerned about a head coach who hires a defensive coordinator and is not able to piece together he does not have the horses to run the defensive scheme this new hire champions. That does not require a great deal of coaching smarts. That is rather basic. And it appears Drink totally missed it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
