which is reasonable, you can make a fair evaluation over that time period. Now however if people don't deliver within a 2-3 years they're shown the door and given a huge settlement. I doubt we're going to go down that road, the situation our school is in is very different than say LSU or texas.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
