Every school tries to sweep this one under the rug and what happens historically when that is 'the solution'.

Literally pretending there is no problem.

NIL in one respect, is a way to handle the problem because if everyone is relatively well paid, then they can't say they aren't appreciated.

All of college football, as currently configured, remains a giant powder keg for what happened in 2015, especially with wokism and cancel culture on the rise.
