Start counting the money from OU and TX. This doesn't get shared with the new schools.

1) Secure Cincy and Memphis

2) ECU and BYU (Let them have Sunday's off)

3) Last USF and UCF

Maybe you take one of the Florida schools and Air Force or Houston. I don't think it would be wise for the Big XII to add any more Texas schools.
