It's the show me state and there is nothing from her tenure at UNLV that indicates she has the slightest clue how to win at football or men's basketball.

If they had hired away a highly successful AD from a big time winning school I'd understand it. Her football team never made a bowl game. Her basketball team never made the NCAA. Now she replaces Sterk who accomplished both in the same year not once but twice.

Why was she hired?
