That's only about a quarter (25%) of what UT's annual revenue will be in the SEC. And probably only a third of what OU's will be.

Also, I'm sure the SEC would be willing to grant them both a long-term (extremely low-interest) loan to pay it off gradually over time.

With that said, I doubt they end up paying the full buyouts. It will be litigated and a settlement will be reached.
