Last I heard, the question of abortions or vasectomies don't threaten the lives and safety of others in the workplace--nor do skin color or sex.
The law requires every employer to provide a safe place to work to all employees. If an employer decides that the presence of an unvaccinated worker creates an unsafe condition for other workers, then the employer has the right to require vaccination as a condition of employment.
