Question for the board

Are the people here who say employers have the right to mandate a vaccine to work/continue to work for them also can mandating other health procedures like abortions or vasectomies? If no, why not?

I would also like to know if they can mandate only hiring a certain skin color or sex since it is their right as a business owner. If no why not?

I really give two ****s about either, but seeing some people who are hypocrites.
