But that will be it. Beebe is desperate. The PAC will never merge with a school with the horrible football team kU has and its history of criminal action and violations in the basketball program. Football drives revenue in recruiting members and kU doesn't have eyeballs or competence, much less excellence.
As far as the rest of the conference merging, the PAC will not align themselves with the weak leftovers from a conference that lost their six best revenue drivers and replaced only two, both with tiny groups of populations/followers.
