eat dinner at 6. Say you go to bed at 11 and sleep 7 hrs, all you are struggling through is breakfast for 4 hrs of fast in the a.m. Do it a few times and it's not hard, but you will want a late night snack. Do it a few weeks, then do a 20 hr fast once or a few times a week. The great thing is, your body gets used to consuming FAR less at every meal. I am amazed at what fills me up compared to the portions I used to eat.
