It was a done deal the moment Kim was fired. All Sterk had to do was hire a D-1 coach and offer Sr. a 7-figure contract/assistant position. They would have played in CoMo for anyone other than Kim.

Several recruits then followed the Porters to MU. That's not speculation, they literally said so.
