There are only five starting positions and we return one of them. So it is only 3 of the 4 available spots being filled by mid-major players. The final spot is penciled in to a guy was a marginal player on a nine win B12 team.

What do you think would be the response if Drink were going into next season and 13 of his projected starters had played in the Mo Valley and Sun Belt last season and two others were transfers from ku? Do you think we would be celebrating that? Everyone would be questioning their ability to compete in the SEC and you know it.

Why would we not question their ability to produce at an SEC level? Have they done so before? Look at the competition they played last season, many only played against a handful of tourney teams.

I fully expect all four to put up numbers similar but most likely just below what they did last season. But with the shape of our current roster that would be a disaster. We need each and every one of them to post significantly better numbers next season against much better competition. I don't see how that is realistic or fair to those players.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
