The push to get every kid into college is a huge mistake.

Many kids do not like school and are not good students. Why force them to go pay for college where they spend their first two years rehashing high school? Many drop out of college with nothing to show but a huge bill they then have to pay.

Find out what their interest are and get them to trade schools that mirror those interests. Not only will they be happier many of those trades are much more lucrative than the college degree.
