a history of complaints and malfeasance. If he killed him or not, some just should not be in the police. Some get excited, lose control and we both know that cops forever - along with prosecutors and others - have planted evidence and lied to get a conviction, if only because they "think" he did it. And we now know MANY did not do, after 10 or 20 years in prison.

Its time, finally, some are being held accountable.
