the PD not teaching the restraint Chauvin used, but they clearly do teach that. It's really impossible for the Chief to determine the amount of pressure that was being put on Floyd though. I think what he said about it being a reasonable use of force is obvious. Still hard to prove the Chauvin killed him ... that is going to be an uphill battle for the prosecution, especially without medical consensus.
