The answer from the panel was broad and vague. Another person then tried to pin them down more specifically but made their issue sound too political. I finally just asked the panel to address it in terms of dealing with a vaccine that did not exist last year at this time given that at least a decade is typically spent working to make such a determination.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
