There is some validity in that on a macro scale to a degree. His error is that just because of a Reduced standard in let's say admission criteria or receiving a scholarship doesn't mean that a minority has not or cannot achieve at the same standard.

I can give a small sample size example of this...A friend of ours in College who was black Was on Regent scholarship like my Brother...he only had to maintain a 2.5 to keep his scholarship where in my brother had to maintain 3.0 or better......Of course he felt that was BS and demeaning and always had a above 3.0 GPA. As did many others who had a lower criteria. But do to this type of thing that continues today the mind set that Minorities MUST have the lower standards...Again this kind of stuff is counter productive.

So while yes some People of Color needed lower standards to to various factors just as many didn't as well.

Clearly all Races are Capable of high intellect and high achievement.
