although, like BLM, there is no singular discussion point, as their points run an entire spectrum. I don't think you give up a lot by simply acknowledging some of the points of past and current biases, and then treating them with respect. I don't think you "owe" them anything extra. If they wish to demand that, then remove yourself from that situation. My issues with most is that the first step is denial of issues in the first place...because that is patently false...from my point of view.

Also, being much more Libertarian, with that acknowledgement does not come with any force by government to "fix" it or force changed behavior.
