I would say you made assumptions

of what I said through your own interpretations....which is fine...you actually asked questions vs just accusing me of stuff like hokie did.
I used to believe that everyone thought like me (I know..dumb)...so the statement of treat others like you want to be treated) makes great sense...but as you learn others think and act differently...you understand they likely want to be treated differently.
If they are so different there is no way to be compatible, that is fine as well...obviously if you work together or they are a friend you have to interact more, but it does not need to turn into a fight every time.
What I see here so much of the time is everyone wants to fight on the first word....because they fear by acknowledging the first word (or the problem), that they are then accepting of any solution...to which I completely disagree....because for every problem, there are thousands of possible solutions.
