people who are already wealthy, but also a lot of things like pension funds. when the state of new york can no longer pay retired firefighters 2 years from now, nobody will connect the dots back to this. unless someone has been paying attention and advocating that pension funds shouldn't be investing in risky hedge funds, but that never happens.
