hanging around after the smoke has cleared and everyone has scattered are the ones who get their teeth kicked in.

that's the end game. a bunch of dudes on reddit with paper fortunes are going to end up standing around wondering where everyone else went, and when they look at their account balance they'll realize they're the ones with a debt to pay. and nobody is going to bail them out.
