Is a mom killing her 1 year old an infringement of that child’s right to life (and worthy of consequences)?

Is a mom killing her unborn child an infringement of that child’s right to life (and worthy of consequences)?

Why would either scenario be different? Ummmm agreed the are not different. I (rightfully) said pickle had said they are different and that the unborn was not infringed upon.
