I know you're really looking for a crusher here but it seems you'd be better off finding another subject.

You seem to be unable to get the major difference here that legal services are chosen prospectively by the "patient" versus many medical services are just the opposite. You wake up and learn you "agreed" to this procedure and that procedure and here's the bill and pay it.
